Take it off before sleeping too, so it doesn't catch or bend while you rest, and avoid letting it come into direct contact with perfume, lotion, or household chemicals.

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to keep it bright. For a deeper clean, a mild soap and lukewarm water works well, dry thoroughly afterwards with a soft cloth before storing.

Store your piece away from other jewellery, ideally in the suede pouch it arrived in, to prevent scratching. Gold is soft by nature, so a little separation goes a long way.
