This policy explains how Décolletage Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit decolletage.co.uk or buy from us. Décolletage Ltd is the data controller for your personal data.

1. What we collect

When you place an order, create an account, join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the details needed to fulfil your request, such as your name, email, postal address, telephone number, and order and payment information. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details. We also collect information about how you use our site through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Why we use it, and the legal basis

  • To fulfil your order - processing, delivery and customer support. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To respond to your enquiries and commission requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, or performance of a contract.
  • To send marketing emails such as launch announcements and founder access only where you have consented. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our website, products and service, and to keep our records secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations  retaining order and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers we rely on to run the business including Shopify (our store platform), Klaviyo (email marketing), and our payment and shipping providers each acting under appropriate data-protection terms. Some providers may process your data outside the UK for example, in the European Economic Area, the United States, or Canada. Where this happens, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your information protected to UK standards. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and accounting records are kept for six years to meet our legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
