For enquiries beyond our existing collection, we offer a bespoke process which allows you to design a piece of jewellery from scratch with us.

We’ll discuss your enquiry and what may be possible, working towards a proposed design and specification.

Confirm the details

Before you proceed, we’ll confirm the agreed design, price, estimated lead time and payment terms.

Made for you

Once approved and the agreed payment is received, work begins with our jewellers. We’ll confirm delivery arrangements as your piece nears completion.
