What is Piece 001?
Piece 001 is where Décolletage begins — an exact replica of the founder's own sovereign, reimagined in 9ct gold and made to order in our Hatton Garden studio. It's a limited launch piece, available only while it lasts.

What does "made to order" mean?
Every piece is cast and finished only once your order is placed. Nothing sits on a shelf it's made specifically for you.

How long will my order take?
Ready pieces dispatch within 3–5 working days. Made-to-order pieces take 4–6 weeks from deposit to shipment.

What materials do you use?
9ct gold as standard, with 18ct available on request.

How do I know which chain size to go for?For chain sizing, please check our size chart on the website for chain measurements to help you choose the right length.

How do I start a bespoke commission?
Visit our Bespoke page to begin. A £300 consultation fee starts the design process.

How long does a bespoke piece take?
Bespoke commissions take 6–8 weeks of production from confirmed design to completion.

Can my bespoke piece be engraved?
Yes, we offer engraving on bespoke pieces, simply let us know during the design phase.

How do I care for my piece?
Keep it away from water — especially chlorine — and remove it before sleeping. Full guidance is on our Product Carepage.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Free within the first 14 days if the piece is unworn (including UK return shipping to our studio), then a flat £40 per repair for the life of your piece. Collection and return is available by arrangement. See our Refund & Repairs page for details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Worldwide, with complimentary shipping within the UK. Duties and taxes may be payable by the customer on arrival. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I return or exchange my piece?
As each piece is made to order, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun — our repairs promise covers you instead (see above).

Do your pieces come with certificates?
Our collection pieces do not include certificates. Your order confirmation and invoice provide full details of your purchase and can typically be used for insurance or valuation purposes.
